Founder | Realtor®
Since 2007, Tony Elias has been getting buyers and sellers the advantage in Austin’s ultra-competitive real estate market with his friendly style, relentless attention to detail, and unshakable commitment to putting his clients first. Before founding Volt Realty in 2022, he was a top producer at Realty Austin, where he won numerous top-producer awards. He ranks among the top 1% of real estate agents in the United States and is a perennial Platinum Top 500 Realtor®. His 2021 transaction volume was $39 million, which earned him a spot on the RealTrends list of America's Best Real Estate Professionals and made him an Austin Business Journal Top 50 Residential Real Estate Awards nominee. He has been a licensed broker since 2012, a designation earned by less than 2% of real estate agents.
Tony believes he’s had success in the industry because his overarching goal is to help as many people as possible. He enjoys solving problems and has systems in place that remove many of the obstacles that keep people from acquiring property. An avid investor, Tony has created his own financial freedom through real estate, and he happily shares his secrets with his clients. He also has vast experience flipping homes and access to a network of talented contractors and professionals who can help clients realize any real estate vision.
But most of all, Tony’s patience, persistence, and positive attitude make the difference to his clients. He’s upfront about what’s possible in Austin, setting the correct expectations to give his clients power in how they approach the process. Though he specializes in luxury real estate, he provides end-to-end concierge service at every price point and in every situation. And he makes himself available day or night, whether clients need an after-hours showing or have a pressing real estate question.
Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Business Foundations Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin, and before real estate, he was a project manager. A firm believer in giving back to his community, he volunteers with the Austin chapter of United for Human Rights, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights, PETA, and the Austin Humane Society. He also was deemed a “humanitarian” by his church for his support. In addition to his service work, Tony enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and learning about other cultures.
